Changes for 2025

 

Like many aspects of life today, the cost of the event has increased. However, we are thrilled about the enhancements we have made and are confident that you will embrace these improvements. Many of the changes were inspired by the feedback we received through the surveys after last summer's event. We are confident that these adjustments will add significant value for you and your guests, making the experience both memorable and rewarding.

 

Registration Dates

The event is open to the first 96 teams that register.

Registration opens on April 14th @ 8:00 am for all LTMGC members.

Returning LTMGC members have until April 30th @ 10 pm to register.

On May 1st, new members of LTMGC will be assigned to any remaining available teams. 

 

Cost

Annual Members - $1,175 per team

         Regular Members - $1,300 per team

 

New LTMGC Member Registration Rules

If you are a new member of LTMGC, you can register on April 14th. However, your registration will remain in pending status until May 1st. After that date, your team registration will be processed based on the order in which you registered.

 

Food and Beverage

         Breakfast everyday for the morning wave included

         Lunch Buffet on Friday and Saturday

         Sunday Brunch with Prime Rib Carving Station

         Special food/drink discounts all 4 days

         On course refreshment tents

 

Member/Guest Friday Night Dinner with Spouse

We are planning a dinner event following the afternoon round, starting at 6 PM. Each member/guest is welcome to invite their spouse or another guest to join them for dinner. A special menu will be available, and please note that there will be an additional charge for this meal. When registering, kindly answer the Member/Guest Friday Night Dinner question and indicate how many people will be attending. 

 

Player Enhancements

We've allocated additional funds for player gifts this year, featuring new and unique items that embody the essence of the Gunslinger theme.

 

Slim Down and Final Shootout

Moved the Slim Down to the front nine, holes 1, 8 & 9.

Final Shootout on Hole #9 with Stadium seating

Multiply drink stations along with easy access to the club facilities
